We retain your data for as long as necessary to operate the Service and to comply with applicable laws. Account data may be deleted through either in-app deactivation (“account deletion”) or by submitting a full data deletion request via email.
If you choose to delete your account via the in-app function, we will remove your content and profile information within a reasonable time. However, we may retain your email address and limited internal metadata—such as a status flag and reason for deletion—for legitimate purposes such as preventing repeated misuse of the platform. You will not be able to register again using the same email address. This limitation will be clearly communicated to you at the time of deletion.
We may apply this restriction even if your account was not formally suspended, but was associated with repeated user complaints, a history of negative reviews, or other behavioral patterns that we reasonably determine to be potentially harmful to the community. The determination of such risk factors is made at our sole discretion, based on our internal review standards and moderation systems.
If you submit a written request to permanently erase all personal data, we will comply with such request unless we determine that limited retention of your email address is necessary to protect the Service or other users. In cases where no abuse or safety concerns are identified, we will fully delete all identifiers, including email addresses.
All data retention decisions are guided by the principles of data minimization, transparency, and community safety.
