Welcome to PairupNow. By using our mobile application or related services ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use the Service in a respectful and lawful manner.
• Refrain from posting content that is harassing, offensive, false, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Only create one account per person using a valid school or company email address.

3. User-Generated Content

You are responsible for any content you post, including activity listings and comments. We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict content at our discretion.

4. Reporting and Enforcement

Users may report inappropriate behavior or content via in-app reporting. We will manually review each report and may issue warnings, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who violate these Terms.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

PairupNow is a facilitator of social connections and does not organize or supervise offline activities. We are not responsible for any outcomes arising from user interactions. Use caution and exercise judgment when meeting others in person.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
